Jim Gagliano (LinkedIn Profile) shares his experience as a member and leader of teams in the US Army and the FBI.

Jim is a leadership consultant, a CNN law enforcement analyst, and an adjunct professor at St. John's University. Subsequent to his service as an US Army Airborne Ranger with the 10th Mountain Division, Jim had a long and vaired career with the FBI. Jim held a variety of leadership positions over the course of a 25-year career, to include squad supervisor (SSA), Supervisory Senior Resident Agent (SSRA) in charge of the Hudson Valley Resident Agency (HVRA), New York Office Crisis Management Coordinator (CMC), New York Office SWAT Team Leader, member of the FBI's elite Hostage Rescue Team (HRT), Deputy Legal Attache and Acting Legal Attache in Mexico City, Mexico, and Special Assistant to the ADIC, Chief-of-Staff for the New York Office.
