Lessons Learned:
Remote work will be much easier and much more normal in the future.
Organizations are gaining efficiencies in some areas - meeting management, communications, etc.
Stakeholders are more available to connect - customers, donors, employees, etc.
The crisis is contributing to innovative solutions - new products and services, new ways of operating.
Daily check-ins are helping with accountability, connection and communications.
In some cases organizations have made tough decisions that should have been made before the crisis - i.e., rightsizing.
